clean room daily cleaning nice decor

I had a standard double room. The room was clean. Daily cleaning was provided, which I appreciate. The room decor looked nice even though it wasn't the newest.

The hotel lacked an iron or ironing service, a significant inconvenience.

dirty mirror dust webs

I found some issues needing attention. The room lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle, a standard feature I expect. the absence of hot water in the room was also disappointing. Most of the sockets were not working. The mirror was dirty with finger prints. I saw webs of dust near the bed.

The tram stop was very close to the hotel. it made getting around easy. the room surprised me. It was spacious. it also looked clean and well maintained.

i booked two rooms. the family room lacked fully made beds. one person did not have bedding for the first night. the television and wifi did not work in the second room. the shower was broken and unfixable that weekend.

dirty carpet terrible wifi

The location was okay. A tram station was nearby, a 5-minute walk. Restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets were all close.

The carpet in the room wasn't vacuumed properly. There was NO water in the room (I was VERY thirsty), and the fridge was present but not working, just a cabinet. The room was dark, and the WiFi was terrible. It wasn't working at all in my room.
